There are many options available that “boost” your metabolism, some of which are crazy unhealthy and completely ineffective. Luckily, there are some very healthy {and simple, I promise!} ways to get that metabolism moving.

To the boosting of the metabolism,
I drink warm lemon water first thing in the morning. I also use turmeric, cayenne pepper, lots of ginger (I love ginger) and seeds. And I love drinking green tea (also white tea and herbal infusions).
I only use apple cider vinegar in salads because I can’t stand it with water. I try it several times, but it doesn’t suit for me.
