Whoa…St. Patrick’s Day snuck up on me. I haven’t even put my decorations up yet!
I wanted to share a quick treat you can make this St. Patty’s Day that’s so yummy {and of course healthy}!
This is a video I recorded last St. Patrick’s Day sharing one of my absolute favorite green smoothies. And of course, I named it the Shamrock Shake…NOT to be confused with the McDonald’s version. It’s sooo much better than that one;)
And speaking of confusion, my family and I may have gotten a little confused on which shamrock shake to share…the dancing version or the drink version…
Adding in dark leafy greens to your smoothie is the best way to sneak in extra vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber, and it tastes delicious {I promise!}.
This recipe makes about 3 1/2 cups, so you can definitely share {if you want!}.
