Holiday parties call for sparkly dresses {or ugly sweaters!}, winter wonderlands, delicious food and festive cocktails! This Dairy-Free Gingerbread Martini is perfect to cheers the season and is simple to make with just some spices, almond milk, a natural sweetener and a splash of vodka. And a bonus…it’s healthier than most sugary holiday cocktails but is just as, if not more, delicious!
You can also skip the vodka for a gingerbread mocktail. Or another amazingly tasty way to use this gingerbread mix {minus the vodka} is to add it to your coffee to make a homemade gingerbread latte!
Yield: 2 martinis
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk {I highly recommend MALK unsweetened almond milk!}
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
1 oz. vodka
Ice
Directions:
1. In a blender, add almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and ginger and blend well.
2. Add gingerbread mix, vodka and ice to cocktail shaker.
3. Shake well.
4. Pour into martini glasses.
5. Optional: Rim glasses with crushed gingerbread cookies and cute mini gingerbread houses.
6. Cheers!
