Friends, if you follow me on Instagram, you’ve seen me share my love for the athleisure brand, Threads 4 Thought. With all of the brands I’ve tried, they are by far one of my top favorites.
I first discovered this brand actually from my sweet husband.
He came home one day with the softest coral tee shirt just because, as a surprise! It was from Threads 4 Thought – now one of my favorite brands ever!! As I began to learn more about this company, I became so impressed.
Not only because of their adorably comfortable fitness & athleisure clothing, but because they are legit a sustainable brand. To be honest, I am just now learning more and more about sustainable fashion and clothing – thanks in major part to this eco-friendly brand. They have opened my eyes to a whole new understanding of sustainability and mindful fashion decisions.
They use environmentally friendly and recycled materials. When I opened up my recent order and read the tags, it explained how the leggings and sports bra were made using recycled plastic bottles. I mean – what. Unreal! And so cool! What’s even crazier is how SOFT everything is!! You must check this brand out.
What I also admire about the brand is their passion and support for causes, organizations and brands that positively impact society, the world and the environment.

I have three outfits and pieces I wanted to share with you!
I found all pieces to fit true to size. I’m wearing a Small in all leggings, X-Small in the tee and sweatshirt and Small in the sports bra.
The first one is the cutest two-piece set, perfect for summer. Especially because of the falling lilies pattern – love it so much!
This outfit is ideal for yoga, pilates or hiking.
