I know how busy you are with work, planning your wedding, being social, and the list goes on, but I’m so glad you’re here making some time just for YOU. Because everything I post and share is for you, your health, beauty {inside & out}, wellbeing, and happiness.
This is a place just for you – to come and learn, be inspired, have fun, get lots of love, let go of stress, and of course, meet your bridal health & beauty goals!
So, what is Forever Friday?
That will be the day I post my blog, which will be every Friday – the day we get to connect with each other each week {just visualize talking to me on the other end of that pink vintage phone every Friday;)!}. I promise to put thought into each and every post. My posts will include {simple} delicious recipes, bridal beauty tips, some love and inspiration, need-to-know health tips, and additional helpful topics related to being a bride and preparing for marriage.
I decided to name our weekly get-togethers Forever Friday for several reasons. One is related to you beginning your forever with the love of your life. Plus, Fridays are always the best day of everyone’s week, and everyone would love for it to be forever Friday, am I right?!
There will be written blog posts or video blog posts {those are always fun too…since my pug tends to want to join in}. And speaking of Scarlett {my pug}, you will most likely be seeing her quite often as she likes to be included in almost anything health related, but lately bridal related too! Here she is wedding dress shopping… Did she say yes to the dress?!
I have a long list of things I want to share with you, but I also want to hear from you! If you have a question you’d like me to answer or a topic you want me to discuss, please post in the comments below or send an email to info@karastout.com. I’m sure other brides will have the same questions, so please share!
I know this was just to introduce you to Forever Friday, but I HAD to share this recipe from Tara Stiles.
Apple Goodness Bake. Oh my gosh is it good!! And very easy to make…you’ve gotta try it!
What you need: 2 honey crisp apples, 2 tbsp almond butter, ½ tbsp coconut oil, 2 tbsp maple syrup & cinnamon
What you do: Chop up apples, mix all ingredients together (except apples), then combine mixture with apples in bowl, bake in glass baking dish at 350 for 20 min. And seriously, ENJOY!
P.S. I’m throwing my first baby shower for my best friend {since we were 10} tomorrow. We will have champagne & mimosas for the non-preg guests but, being the health enthusiast I am, I was thinking of doing a green mimosa {champagne with pear, kale & lemon juice}! What do you think? Would you try it?
P.P.S. I’m also in need of some last minute fun baby shower games. If you know of one or have a favorite, please share in the comment section below!
Thank you for letting me celebrate your Fridays with you and for allowing me to be there on your journey all the way to the aisle!
