Groom Picking up bride Alright, as you know, today is Black Friday. I wasn’t sure if you’d be out facing those crowds like a trooper or cuddled up at home relaxing or something else entirely. Either way, I wanted to keep this week’s post brief {and hopefully fun}!

I wanted to share something with you from my wedding, so decided to share my photo shoot highlights video!

I hadn’t watched our video in maybe over a year?! Until now that is! Brings back such great memories. Even the hiccups in the day {like being 113 degrees in Arizona and the limo bus having no AC!} couldn’t bring us down. And wow, crazy how time flies. Our wedding was 3 ½ years ago. It feels like just yesterday on one hand, and then on the other hand, it feels like we’ve been married for much longer.

Will you be using a videographer for your wedding? I remember debating back and forth about it, but so glad we did! We also did a choreographed first dance…but just couldn’t bring myself to share that just yet. Was a tad embarrassed re-watching it! Haha 😉

Oh, and you’ll, of course, see a pug dressed in a tuxedo. That’s not Scarlett obviously, that’s Zack, my mom’s pug. Clearly, there is a pug obsession that runs in our family. My first pug, Bootsie, was THE best and lived for 17 years.

Well, I’ve digressed a bit. Here’s the video:

Another quick note that’s completely separate: I’ve been noticing more and more people getting sick. I plan to put together my top tips on how not to get sick this season, but just in case you feel like you’re coming down with something or next time you do, I wanted to encourage you to run out and grab some elderberry. This is one of my favorite anti-sick weapons. You can get it at Whole Foods, and it comes in either a liquid or pill. I’ve taken both, but the liquid has a pretty strong taste if you can handle it. I had also mentioned apple cider vinegar in my previous post. This will help too! Ahh, I want to keep on giving you my top immune boosting tips, but I’ll save it for a longer post {soon!}.

Enjoy your long weekend! Get plenty of rest & make sure to have some fun too!
