I’m seriously so excited to share this fall meal plan with you! It’s filled with the most delicious, fresh and simple-to-make seasonal recipes.
Say farewell to summer and hello to fall the healthiest, best possible way with a fresh start to the fall season. All meals are plant-based, natural, nutritious, gluten-free and made with whole foods.
Think butternut squash soup, vegan chili, and pistachio crusted salmon to name a few savory dishes. I, of course, had to also include some fun and festive recipes like a pumpkin spice latte, apple cinnamon bites, and pumpkin breakfast cookies! All made with natural sweeteners and no refined sugar. The best part is how simple, yet full of flavor each recipe is.
