I’ve been brainstorming some new fun projects for the blog and reflecting on what I typically do when I read articles or blogs. I skim. Quickly! And more often than not, I skip down to the bullet points. I am guessing you may do the same as well, since let’s face it, there are so many things vying for our attention these days, and we are B.U.S.Y.!
So, that’s how this new monthly video series was born: 60 Seconds to Health!
I will be sharing some of my favorite top tips in a 60 sec video. All you have to do is hit play, watch for 60 seconds and bam…you’re done! Info learned and moving on.
Here’s the first video of the series, 60 Seconds to Healthy Travel! It can be difficult when traveling to make healthy choices, but you can definitely do it with these very simple tips. And don’t underestimate simple tips, they are often the most effective!

OMGOSHHH I love this video!! EXCELLENT, very true tips! Remember our meal on the plane was like $85.00 and hardly anything in it, much less anything healthy.?? lol Take those healthy snacks WITH YOU!! Such good memories and great reminder tips!
