1. Start your morning with a cup of warm water with lemon + cayenne pepper – Do this before breakfast. Squeeze fresh juice from ½ lemon in one cup warm water. This is great for pretty skin, energy, hydration, weight loss + your metabolism. Sprinkle a little cayenne pepper on top for that extra metabolism boost. Warm lemon water 2.
